Attorney-at-law
Has worked with tax matters since 1990, primarily advising Swedish and international companies and their owners on income tax issues. His strength lies in handling income tax matters in transactions, restructurings and incentive programmes in medium-sized and larger owner-managed and internationally oriented companies.
Attorney-at-law
Has worked with tax law for more than 30 years. He has led and been responsible for court proceedings at the Swedish Tax Agency, audit firms and tax law firms, with very high competence in tax litigation and other administrative proceedings. He practises in association with XR Legal.
VAT specialist
Is widely regarded as one of Sweden's foremost experts in VAT. For more than 40 years he has advised and litigated at all levels and is a well-known name in the field. Jan practises in association with XR Legal.
Attorney-at-law
Has worked with tax law for more than 15 years, primarily Swedish and international individual and corporate taxation. He has particular experience in cross-border restructurings, transfer pricing and assisting multinational groups with pricing models and documentation.
Attorney-at-law
Has worked with tax law for more than 25 years. He has been head of tax at some of Sweden's largest listed companies, most recently at AB Electrolux and previously at Telia Company AB, with extensive experience in corporate taxation, international tax and tax litigation.
LL.B.
Has worked with tax law since 2019, with experience in income tax for close companies and their owners as well as domestic and cross-border M&A and restructurings. Christoffer most recently comes from Coeli and previously worked at KPMG.
